Trustinn Studio-Hotel offers you well decorated and fully equipped studios. Each studio has a kitchenette (microwave oven, cooking plate, fridge, coffee machine, etc...) and a separate bathroom. All studios are also equipped with a flat screen television and have access to WIFI. Double beds can be changed in twin beds if needed - the ideal solution for friends who want to share for a while a studio while they search for a place to rent.

Trustinn Studio-Hotel has the perfect location - in less than 10 minutes, you can reach the Kirchberg quarter where the main European institutions, as well as banks, shopping centres, cinemas, museums etc. are located. You can also reach the city centre and its historic heart in fifteen minutes.

Environment:

Trustinn Studio-Hotel has recently invested in a series of systems aimed at reducing energy and water consumption. In fact, Trustinn Studio-Hotel is equipped with a rainwater collection system and suncollectors that help to heat the Warmwater system. Finally, our rooms are equipped with an energy saving system that switches off most electronic devices once the client has left the room. A small green patch is also at the disposal of the clients.

Security:

A chip card opens your studio door and gives you access to a series of services (access to a safe deposit box, etc...)

Rate:

The rate of the studio depends on the duration of your stay. All studios can be rented on a short, middle and long term. Thus, the longer you stay, the cheaper the price. This allows you to rent the studio depending on your needs (traineeship, short-term project, holidays, etc.).
